Let’s get to the point
We’re looking for an International Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Tunisia.
You’ll work on international hiring processes end to end: sourcing, interviews, offers and coordination with hiring managers.
In addition, you’ll handle the HR administrative side: managing contracts and employee documentation, supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining accurate HR data,
This is a hands-on role where accuracy, follow-through and clear communication really matter.
What you’ll do:
· Support end-to-end recruitment activities for international roles
· Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication
· Prepare and manage job offers and employment contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance
· Act as a point of reference for new hires during their onboarding journey
· Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy
· Handle administrative processes related to the employee lifecycle (onboarding, contract management, probation follow-up, offboarding)
· Prepare HR documents (contracts, certificates, attestations)
· Support payroll by tracking attendance, leave, and absences
· Update HR systems and maintain employee files
· Respond to employee administrative requests
· Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations
You’re a good fit if:
You have 1–2 years of experience in recruiting or HR
You’re organized, reliable and comfortable handling documentation and processes
You combine attention to detail with a human, people-oriented approach
You’re able to handle sensitive HR data with confidentiality and accuracy
You communicate clearly and professionally
What you bring with you:
Fluency in English and French (Italian is a plus)
Attention to detail and respect for deadlines
