We are looking for an experienced Senior Actuarial Consultant to strengthen our consulting team supporting German life insurance clients. This is a customer-facing role that combines actuarial expertise with consulting and project work.

Act as a trusted advisor for our insurance customers, primarily in the German market.
Analyze actuarial and business requirements related to life insurance products and processes.
Support customers during implementation and optimization projects.
Collaborate with Actuaries, Business Analysts, Product Managers and Software Consultants to design effective solutions.
Participate in customer workshops, requirement analysis and solution design.
Translate regulatory and actuarial requirements into functional specifications.
Support testing, validation and customer acceptance activities.
Build long-term relationships with customers and provide professional consulting throughout project lifecycles.
Several years of professional experience in the insurance industry, ideally in an actuarial or actuarial consulting role.
Strong understanding of life insurance products, actuarial calculations and insurance processes.
Experience working directly with customers and stakeholders.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to explain complex actuarial topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Independent, structured and customer-oriented working style.
Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites when required.
German: Professional proficiency (required)
Slovenian: Native or fluent proficiency (required)
English: Good working proficiency
Salary: €55,000–€60,000 gross per year
